Exchange Conditions

Right of Exchange

You can exchange your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

Exchange Process

• Contact our customer service
• Specify which spare part you want
• Send the goods to the specified address
• Receive the replacement part within 3-5 days

Costs

For justified exchanges, we cover the costs of return and redelivery. For exchanges for goodwill reasons, fees may apply.
