Voluntary 30-day return policy

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy from receipt of the goods (AGB § 10). The goods must be in a resalable condition; installation or use may reduce the refund amount.

Send the withdrawal declaration to Hospitalstraße 24, 22767 Hamburg. Return the goods themselves to our returns warehouse: Alt-Radekower-Str. 4, 16307 Mescherin (Phone: +49 40 67555912).

Return Costs

When exercising the statutory right of withdrawal (14 days), you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For our voluntary 30-day return policy, the conditions in AGB § 10 apply.

• Receive a return confirmation
• Send the goods to Alt-Radekower-Str. 4, 16307 Mescherin
• Receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the goods
